The color of merchandise may vary due to resolution.

Please check merchandise immediately. All damages must be claimed within 2 days of receiving the merchandise. If there are damages, store credit will be issued.

All items that are preordered will be shipped as soon as they are received and checked at our office space.

Please note that there is a 24-hour turnaround to respond to emails.

Our office hours are Weekdays 9-5 pm. Our office is closed on weekends.
